We want you to be fully satisfied with Strawberry Queen item. Should you be dissatisfied with our products within 7 days after receiving purchased items, you may

  • return purchased item and get refunded with store credit for www.strawberryqueenqq.com;
  • exchange for Strawberry Queen item with similar value subjected to stock availability.


  • Sales items are non-returnable nor non-exchangeable;
  • Damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty;
  • Items should be returned unused with our price tag and dust bag;
  • Shipping fee to return the item to us is borne by the customer.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost;
  • Exchange can only be performed once per order.
  • Store credit is only applicable for www.strawberryqueenqq.com
  • Store credit cannot be withdrew as cash and is non-transferrable to other accounts.
  • Subjected to the prevailing terms and conditions and at all times at the full discretion of Strawberry Queen. All decisions by Strawberry Queen are final


Step 1 : Login and complete return request under "Return"

Step 2 : Our customer representative will contact you within 2 business days for additional information in order to access your request.

Step 3 : Once we have reviewed your request, you will receive Return & Exchange Review Email stating the eligibility of your request.

Step 4 : If your request has been approved, pack the item in its original packing attached with invoice and ship to:

Step 5 : Once we have done final inspection, we will either ship the replacement items to you at our cost (for exchange) or refund you with store credits (for return).
